A short documentary film about the Self Determination Program for Far Northern Regional Center (client), featuring 3 families enrolled in the program. The Self Determination Program provides a budget to developmentally disabled children and adults as an alternative to traditional services provided by California Regional Centers. The purpose of this film is to show other families and individuals interested in the Self Determination Program some of the possibilities available. And how this program vs traditional services has improved the quality of their developmentally disabled child's life.

This film will be used by Far Northern Regional Center and the California State Council on Developmental Disabilities to show individuals and families some of the possibilities of the Self Determination Program.
