We had a yard-sale this past weekend and received this dollar bill which obviously had been used to smoke drugs. From a google search, I suspect heroin.

I guess the bigger question is, what to do with it? Will I be arrested if I take it to a bank to exchange it? Do I take it to the police station? Do I pass it off on somebody else? Do I just toss it in the trash?
